PRESS RELEASE – 1/15/2019
The CARE Project, Inc., a Riverside, CA based nonprofit, partners with Thrive Causemetics to help breast cancer patients thrive.
The CARE Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) breast cancer charity founded in 2014 by Stage III breast cancer survivor, Carrie Madrid and her good friend, Christina Gonzalez. TCP is run entirely by volunteers as not one officer or board member takes a salary. TCP provides emotional and financial support to male and female breast cancer patients undergoing and recovering from treatment. TCP has provided over $27,000 in cash aid and $15,000 in compression garments, chemo jackets, mastectomy bras, prosthesis and chemo CARE packages.
Thrive Causemetics is an independent, female-owned beauty brand that creates high-performance vegan cosmetics and supports a community of giving. All of Thrive’s makeup is developed in-house, free of parabens and sulfates and 100% cruelty free. Through its Beauty with a Purpose program, every product purchase results in a new donation to help a woman thrive.
